“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” ~Jeremiah 29:11
God has plans for you. Yes you may have your own plans as well. But you need to be conscious of God’s plans, and be diligent to align your plans with God’s plans for you.
The obvious difference between God’s plan for you and your personal plan is that God knows the end from the beginning. He is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.
God’s plan is guided by a certain future that is already known to God, while your plan is guided by lots of uncertainty about the future, which is absolutely unknown to you.
Question is, ‘would you want to work with a risk-free plan, or an uncertain and risky plan?’
If God’s plan is full of hope, free of harm and risks, and is aimed to proper us with assurance of a bright future, it is then most preferable to fully align with God’s plan for us.
How to Align with God’s Plan?
The only way to align with God’s plan is through Jesus Christ.
“Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.” ~ John 14:6
Growing an intimate relationship with Jesus, through understanding and faith in the Word of God, enables us to easily align our plans with God’s plan
As a matter of fact, our relationship with Jesus makes God’s plan our plan without any hassle.
The more we read the Word of God, the more we understand the mind of God, and we are able to abide by His will, and fulfil His purpose seamlessly.
May we receive grace to know God’s plan and enjoy all the peace, hope and prosperity that it brings into our lives. Amen!
